                   Meaning of effective communication




Effective communication is the process of transmitting information properly from sender and receiver.

It involves sharing common information, news, ideas, thoughts, etc. with someone in such a way they can mutually understand and without any difficulties.

 It combines a set of skills including nonverbal communication, attentive listening, the ability to manage stress in the moment, and the capacity to recognize and understand our own

emotions and those of the person we are communicating with.
