Barriers
Communication is the key factor in the
success of any organization. When it comes to effective communication there are
certain barriers that very organization faces.
Many social psychologists opine
that there is 50% to70% loss of meaning while conveying the massage from a
sender to a receiver.
Here are a few of the most commonly-found barriers in
communication in an organization:
Bangladesh managers” are very much formal and they always prefer
to depend on the formal flow of information.
They like to avoid general
employees that restrict informal flow of communication. The excessive
formalities cause unnecessary delay in the flow of information.
Communication means sharing meaning. With no sharing, there is
no communication. To communicate successfully in a team or with others, at work
or in the community,
we have to understand the communication environment and
the barriers which prevent messages being sent and received successfully.

communication barrier is anything that prevents us from receiving and
understanding the messages others use to convey their information, ideas and
thoughts.
